Chocolate Cupcakes (No eggs, no Milk!)

Chocolate Cupcakes
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups sugar (I put 1 and 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Cup oil
- 2 Cups water
- 2 tsp vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
- Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix together really well and spoon into paper cups.
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 min. Makes about 24 cupcakes.
